We understand - sometimes a style is just not the right fit for you. Don't worry, as long as the item is still in its original condition, we accept returns, subject to the regulations listed below.

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.   

 

HOW DO I RETURN?

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use this cancellation form, but it is not obligatory.

  • Name
  • Order number
  • Return Item (article and quanitity)
  • Reason for return

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

 

ARE RETURNS FREE OF CHARGE?

Cost of return shipping will be your responsibility - kindly bear with us on this as we are still a small business, and we are working every step of the way to make the overall return/exchange process smoother in the near future.

Please note that your package must be sufficiently stamped, and we strongly recommend that you use a registered postal service to return items and log the tracking details as we cannot be held responsible for the loss of a returned item. We strongly recommend that you keep proof of postage so that you have proof if we do not receive your package.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY REFUND?

Please note that there is no notification of receipt. Once we receive your return, it will take 2-5 business days for your return to be processed. We will send you an email when our team has processed your refund.

The refund can only be processed back to the original method of payment. Refunds from PayPal and credit cards may take up to 10 business days to return to your account.

If you purchase with a promotion code, the refund will be for the amount of the actual payment, which was invoiced after the voucher was used.  The general terms and conditions of the particular promotion applies.

 

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you choose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and not later than fourteen days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.

We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods

 

GENERAL INFORMATION

Items must be in the original condition in which they were shipped, with the original packaging and all labels, to receive a refund. Shipping costs for returns/exchanges will not be reimbursed unless there is a defect in the goods. 

Products that appear to have been worn, washed or altered in any way may be rejected. Therefore, please be careful when trying on the goods as we cannot accept goods with make-up and/or perfumed stains.

Personalised items or custom-made items are final sale, and are excluded from exchange and returns.

The right to cancel does not apply for consumers who, at the time of concluding the contract, are not nationals of a member state of the European Union and whose exclusive residence and address of delivery are located outside of the European Union.
