RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
CONSUMER REVOCATION INSTRUCTION
Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods. If you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you or a third party designated by you have taken possession of the last item.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. by e-mail or postal letter) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. Use of our return portal is optional but recommended. In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
RETURN POLICY
Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt. The goods must be perfect and undamaged in their original condition, including the hang tags and labels. The return shipment is always at your own expense, please always use the following address for this purpose:

We would like to ask you to handle the products responsibly and to send them back to us carefully and considerately in the event of a return. If the goods show stains or other damage when they are returned, we unfortunately cannot take them back and have to send them back.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping costs are generally borne by you. When using our official return portal, the return shipping costs are charged as a flat fee of:

If you choose to return the goods using a different shipping service provider instead of our return portal, you will bear the actual return shipping costs charged by that provider. No additional processing or handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL
If you withdraw from this contract, we will owe you all payments that we have received from you, excluding delivery costs to be repaid immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over goods that can be sent as a parcel to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
