Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery location and are calculated automatically at checkout.

 

SHIPPING OPTIONS

Germany - 5.50€ + over 200€ FREE

EU - 12.50€ + over 200€ FREE

UK - 24.90€ with import tax & customs paid by Prinz Berlin + over 600€ FREE

Rest of Europe (+ Switzerland) and North America - 18.90€ with import tax & customs not covered by Prinz Berlin + over 600€ FREE 

 

DELIVERY TIMES

We offer fast and secure shipping with DHL. Your order will be processed and ready to ship within one week, subject to product availability and credit check. Our handmade products are made-to-order and have a 1-2 week delivery time depending on product availability. Once your order has been shipped we estimate delivery within 48h in Germany and 2-5 business days for EU. Shipping times may vary, but we are working hard to get all orders out as quickly as possible. After your order has been shipped you will receive an email including a tracking number. Please note that it is possible that during promotional periods shipping may take longer than expected.

 

TAXES AND DUTIES

Our products include VAT taxes from Europe and UK if applicable. The shipping costs however don't include customs and tax duties which may be charged in addition on import from your country (expect EU and UK). These duties usually depend on the order value and are the responsibility of the customer. We won't refund orders, in case that the duties are not paid by the customer and the customer chooses not to pick up the order.
